【Abstract】 In the era of large language models, artificial intelligence(AI) has become deeply integrated into creative writing, evolving from a mere auxiliary tool into a co-creative agent. Firstly, AI plays a multifaceted empowerment role in enhancing creativity: it serves as a comprehensive knowledge base, a source of inspiration capable of understanding creative intent, an editorial assistant that optimizes language, and a mentor that fosters expressive competence. Secondly, diverse technological paradigms of collaboration have emerged, encompassing prompt-response, intelligent assistance, peer-style co-ordination, data-driven writing, and procedural text synthesis, collectively shaping a multi-layered human-machine creative ecosystem. And thirdly, multi-dimensional controversies have emerged around AI-assisted co-authorship, particularly regarding authorship attribution, originality, and intellectual property rights. The degree of acceptance varies significantly across domains. Existing regulatory frameworks are ill-equipped to address the novel configurations of rights, responsibilities, and benefits, underscoring the urgent need to establish robust institutional mechanisms in response to practical challenges. Looking forward, a healthy ecosystem of human-AI collaborative writing depends on the development of ethical and legal frameworks that uphold innovation, delineated responsibilities, and balance stakeholder interests.
